Postnatal fitness classes designed to help you feel stronger, move better, and build confidence after pregnancy.
Each class combines essential core and breathing exercises with functional strength training to support your recovery and the physical demands of motherhood. We'll focus on rebuilding strength, improving posture and mobility, and helping you feel stronger and more capable in everyday life, with exercises adapted to suit your stage of recovery and fitness level.
Classes are relaxed, friendly, and completely baby friendly, so there's no pressure if you need to stop to feed, change, cuddle, or settle your baby throughout the session. The aim is simply to give you time to move your body, feel good, and connect with other mums in a supportive environment.
Please bring:
You and your baby
Water
A mat (if you have one)
Anything to keep your baby occupied - toys/mat etc
